Pedigree Dog Food Review

Pedigree has come under intense criticism lately for using corn as a filler in most of their dry dog foods. Why is this a problem you ask? Well Corn is extremely difficult for your dogs digestive system to break down and process. Because of this most dogs being fed this high corn diet will get no nutritional value out of the corn being consumed. Pedigree has taken steps since this concern was raised, to addressed some of it's products on the shelves. They have come out with Pedigree Healthy Chicken and Rice and Pedigree Healthy lamb and Rice. Both of which have far less corn then Pedigree vitality. Where corn is the main ingredient.

The reason for people choosing a cheaper brand of food is to save money. Everyone is on a budget and I can understand that. If you have a choice don't feed your dog Pedigree Vitality. Instead go for the slightly more expensive Pedigree Healthy Chicken and Rice. It won't cost you that much more and your dog will thank you for it.

Dog Food

A good way to save money when buying food for your dog is instead of choosing the cheapest bag, use a coupon. Many people don't realize that there are free online printable coupons for most dog foods. It's actually really easy. Just go to Google and search for a brand of food. An example I would search for Pedigree Coupons or maybe Pedigree dog food coupons either one should bring up a bunch of websites with free printable coupons. You will also find a lot of coupon codes which are handy if you are going to buy your dog food online. Look for a company that offers free shipping. It;s so nice when the dog food gets delivered to your door step usually for cheaper then you can buy it at the store for.

Hope this helps you guys out
